The lights are on
As much as i dont want to admit i loved pokemon, I have to go with gyarados. hands down. The newest game i ever played was the gold version, but the original gyarados from blue version is still the best. He could do fire, electricity, water, ice, and normal attacks all in one. He was badass.
I have a few favorites. For pure awesomness of the different types of moves learned I would have to go w/ Blaziken for his fire/flying/fighting type moves. Flygon for dragon/ground/flying. Aggron for his awesome appearance and being steel type. Rhyperior looked pretty cool as well.
My all time favorite would have to be Bulbasaur cause he was my first ever starter :)
Loyalty is all I have left
Luxray! It just looks so badass, and it's electric-type (my favorite type), so I can't help but love it.
I like girls. But now... It's about justice.
You guys are so totally out of it. Get a ditto with a pokeradar (If you need more help you can find what route it's on at PokemonMarriland.com) The reason diddo's the best is two reasons. You can mate with any pokemon and trade it online to get every single new generation start-off pokemon (Ex. Tutrwig, Chimchar, and Piplup) without getting an action replay. To do so, just mate your pokemon that you started off with and get a baby. Then just raise to its last evolution and post it online for trade. When you do this, wake up tommorow morning and see if you got the other starter you asked for. Second off, who wants a Milotic? If you mate you starter ask for a feebas. Raise all it's beauty and wham-o, you have a milotic. If you've failed raising all of it's beauty and it won't eat any more poffins, then just mate the old feebas. Make sure that it's nature likes eating the poffins that raises it's beauty and also the only berry that will actually work in making a high leveled beauty poffin is a pamtre berry. Then plant it and when you can pick the berries and it should be enough to make enough poffins. And lastly, ditto can get all the moves that your opponent has which is super cool. This is my first post so hope you like it!
I would have to say my choice would be Pikachu and pretty much all of the legendary pokemon. They were so good. I like Pikachu because he is a pretty big gaming icon.
I think Arceus. He can learn almost any move
Articuno or Nidoking baby. Raw power in small subtle packages. Nidoking can learn some move of nearly every type so you can throw him out there and stun someone with a move they didn't see coming. And Articuno just cause he could single handedly wipe out the entire elite 4 in the Red/Blue as they were all weak against flying/ice(with the exception of the ghost trainer but ice beam and blizzard one shot all of em anyway) so I got attached to the guy. Gotta stick with the Classics! Blissy and Snorlax are dark horses that no one sees coming either.
Typhlosion and Umbreon. I never needed anything else
Alakazam
....there is no spoon....
Tyranitar
Furret
mine is alakazam because he was the first one i got to 100 back in the day...not that i've played a pokemon game since the original gold back in the day.

I would have to say Hitmonchan is my favorite Pokemon. He wears boxer gloves.
Charizard. Hands-down, dude.
