Nintendo is going to release the wii 2.0 system
i dont own a wii but i was wondering if my nintendo fans are going to by one
the wii 2.0 is suppose to has better graphics and other features? but is it going to be worth to buy it?

I would buy it if they could guarantee releasing more than 3 decent games a year. For 2 years they made 2 or 3 good games and I ended up buying a Xbox360.
I never heard about it so I'm assuming its just a rumor but if there was such a thing I would consider buying it if the graphics were better and it at least support HD.

There won´t be any Wii, Satoru Iwata confirmed that until the Wii hardware starts to struggle and there are no other ways to squeeze it´s hardware, that´s when they will launch a new hardware; and that could be from 3 to 8 years from now.

As for HD, it has been said that the support is being decided and that the main problem would be the game cost production(Takeda and Miyamoto). I heard that Reggie recently reported that if there is going to be new hardawre, HD would be not the only feature, but not that the current Wii cannot support HD.
I would buy it also but I don't see a Wii 2.0 coming out anytime soon. Maybe in 3-5 years.

Nintendo would have said something by now. Before i got my Wii, i saw adds on TV, online, and in magazines like a year and a half before it came out. So until the wii REALLY starts choking, Nintendo won't make their next console.
Well I already have one and it's pretty cool. If it is actually released, I would wait until the price dropped to buy it.

I think that it's just a rumor at this point. However, I most likely won't buy a Wii successor unless the third party developers get their game together, there's an alternative to motion control, and a lot of stunning features are added. Upgraded graphics, motion control, etc isn't going to be enough for me.
well are they letting all wii and gamecube games play with MORE sound? Or are they letting the full acsess of internet????
