The first game I ever played was Halo: Combat Evolved. Halo: CE was the the game that would get me to buy every other one in the series, as well as becoming obsessed with gaming. Even from the all the games that have released since then, Halo: CE still amazes me. Which makes all the wait for Halo: CE Anniversary more painful.

Halo: Combat Evolved for me as well. I think you may get that answer quite a bit.

First I played, like some of you, was Halo: CE.  That game was why I got the original Xbox.

Mine was Morrowind. It's what made me buy an Xbox.

I first played Halo: CE. And I thought it was the dumbest game I had ever played. Then after about 2 months, I wanted to play it again. And then I wanted to play it more and more. It was like crack.

mine was Fable actually, I didn't get Halo until a few months after I bought my first xbox.

I jumped on the Xbox bandwagon late.  My first game was Star Wars Republic Commando.

I started by playing Halo 1 on the original Xbox, also played Fable second.

halo 1 all the way baby. it revolutionized gaming for me after that no more mario kart.(no disrespect of course.)

The first game that I ever played was Batman Begins.  It wasn't actually that bad. It was one of the better super hero games at the time. But what got me hooked to xbox was Star Wars Battlefront.  After that, the rest was history.  They need to make a Star Wars Battlefront III.  Or at least make a remastered version of Battlefront II.  I don't want it to die.
