so i just wanted to get a feel for how other people feel about this situation.... xbox live multiplayer (red dead redemption in my case) is severely crippled by what appears to be network/server issues.... making red dead redemption almost unplayable.... however i just purchased add-ons (which used to be gratis, by the way) and now they dont want to fix their obviously broken game, yet they still sell it. (microsoft collected payment for rockstar game)...

this is where im confused; i bought a game, it doesnt work (very well), paid for xbox live gold also. both companies getting paid, but i dont get what i paid for... what are consumers supposed to do? throw my newly purchased DLC into recycle bin? purchase the new GTA game? purchase new xbox one? HA!! i basically feel ripped off because it seems neither comany cares about my issue, but they only care about their new platform/game, so they allocate too many resources for the new stuff while abandoning the old stuff...

how is this OK? if i did something like that where i live i would likely go to jail, or something undesirable. where i come from if i do business without ethics my business dies. this is not true for game manufacturers i guess....

what the heck?!! i guess this is what happens when consumers dont stand for whats right.... if you dont stand for something, you will fall for anything... 1 guy who gives a crap just isnt enough, so it seems.
