If you had to choose between xbox 360 games for their offline only, which would you pick?
Ooh, tough one. It would probably be either Fallout 3 GotY or Borderlands GotY. Lots of extra content, plenty of re-playability.
It varies.
Single player / Offline: Skyrim or Mass Effect 3
Co-op: Borderlands 2 or Gears of War 3
Multiplayer: Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3

Halo: Reach, definitely Reach.
I love the Halo series, and if I have a choice, it would be amongst any of the Halo titles with Reach easily at the top of the list.
If it is about offline play only;
Any of the Elder Scrolls (read: Morrowind or Oblivion).
For off-line play it has to be the Elder Scrolls for me, and when it comes out my choice will most likely gravitate to Skyrim being at the top of the offline list.
For depth of game play and immersion factors, nothing beats the Halo series or the Elder Scrolls series. Quite simply, they are both close to perfect IMO.
Spartans don't die. They just re-spawn in 5 seconds.
Red Dead Redemption.
I like Reach's campaign, and I could play it over and over, but overall I think I'd get the most playing time out of Mass Effect 2.
Mass Effect 2 hands down.
Either Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, or Mass Effect. But then, I pick most of my games for offline play anyway. I do very little online gaming.
I think that is a really REALLY hard question to answer.

Mass Effect 2, no question. Although I would probably shed a tear or two for neglecting Fallout 3 and New Vegas.
Definitely a tough one. Maybe Me2 or Dragon Age two. Then again Multiplayer for Gears or CoD.
