The lights are on
If you had to choose between xbox 360 games for their offline only, which would you pick?
Well I'de have to say any of the Call of Duty series just because they have great online play and update their games all the time.
not difficult at all fallout 3
Definitely would have to be all the Dragon Age games because of their incredible replay-ability
Halo: Reach.
Skyrim, Must I say more!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!
yah i would agree when you say offline play i would buy an offline only game because its focus is all on the campaign so Skyrim Arkham city , uncharted 3 Mass effect 2 Halo Reach Skyrim probably has the most bang for your buck but watch out for glitches if you dont have intrenet acess for patches and some bugs are game breaking
eh, this is like torcher for a gamer... only picking one game? I think at this point in time I'd have to say Alan Wake, I have become obsessed with it in the past few days... don't know why though. It's a great game, great story and everything, a little repetitive, but I like the light idea.
Nothing beats the mass effect series
I would say Mass Effect 2 all the way
I would Street Fighter 4 or Marvel vs Capcom 3 but I would kinda need people to agaisnt at my house. Other then that i would go with games I dont have a lot done on like Devil May Cry 4, Ninja Gaiden 2. Dont know how long I could play games like that tho.
This doesn't belong in a blog..... it belongs...... ON FRONT PAGE!!! It all makes sense now.
Omega Klord
Its kinda hard decision. The two I would choose from are Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim or Battlefield 3. I've a few reasons but it would be the hardest decision in gaming I would ever have to endure.
Why Skyrim:
1. The amount of gameplay in Skyrim is mind blowing. I know theres hundreds of hours of gameplay in the massive world of Skyrim. Especially for me, because it took me 140+ hrs to complete Oblivion.
2. I really dont think the game is able to be complete. Because you can play the story how you want and the game will change by the decisions you make. For example you can chose to be part of the Imperials and the other quest line (i cannot remember what they are call, pretty much rebels) will not be available to play. And if you go through the game a second time you can chose the path of the rebels. So that right there can change over half of the game and how you play.
Why Battlefield 3:
1. I now a lot of people would probably give me crap for choosing a FPS game. Although for me, this was the first FPS game even after BF2. That I participated in clan tournaments and went so hardcore on playing the object to the tea. I even got to the point in recording all my game play so I can study the maps for the best tactical advantages.
2. this game beside oblivion was the only game that I put in over 100 hours of gameplay online on top of going through the campaign twice (normal and hard). And I did all this game play within 1 months time.
Any game that can pull me into it that much without getting bored of it, that itself is not only a major success, but a game that I've fully gotten my moneys worth.
So if I was to chose between the two games with only the few points I've made. I have to say Battlefield 3. And there is also one more reason why I would have to chose BF3.
When I play any of the Elder Scrolls or Fallout games. I can only play for no more then 4 to 5 hours at a time. If i have the much time available between school at Digipen and work. I get really tired, not of the game but just exhausted from all the thinking I have to do on for the game and how I chose to play my character. On the other hand, with BF3 I have been able to play up to 19 hours straight. The only reason why I had the time for this was between semester. And had a lot of free time and a lot of gaming to get caught up on. And when I bought BF3, I hate to say it but it nearly ruled my life with all the tournaments.
If your needing a suggestion on a game I say go with Battlefield 3.
It would be a tought choice, but I would most likely pick Saint's Row: The Third or one of the Assassin's Creed games
I think Call of Duty: Black Ops. CoD is my fav shooter series, and Black Ops was the most balanced game since the original MW. It is my current favorite
Ehhh Skyrim probably.... or Arkham City
Single Player: Mass Effect 2
Co-Op : Gears of War 3
Multiplayer : Red Dead Redemption or Battlefield: Bad Company 2
