The lights are on
I think if they added a more interactive environment. Like maybe vehicles and stuff of that nature..
I'd like to see them try free roam. It probably won't happen, but I think that would be a fresh start. That way, people will experience something different then 'kill zombies, follow trail, climactic point, kill more zombies, race to safe house'.
I think that Left 4 Dead 3 will focus around the Midnight Riders or their Roadies. In the Passing, you can see the Midnight Rider's tour bus just fly down a street once you turn a certain corner. (it goes really fast and most people don't notice it) Also, their are 4 of them, you can see them in multiple posters around Dark Carnival. Since there are 4 of them, which plays into the four-player co-op, and they are the only other survivors that we know about, it makes since that they would be the characters that we will play as in Left 4 Dead 3.
yehh that is true on how there are four people in the midnight riders. and that is true that that is a possibility that they could or might do that
Those who are normal are mad, and those who are mad are normal
Idk but flying zombies would be coooool! (dont ask)
haha, yehh no one was going to
As long as I get more L4D I am happy.
poop
Custom map creation would be sweet. But I would rather see boss fights (maybe random) that appear during the campaigns instead of a similar "wave of enemies finale". Like in Resident Evil, I couldnt wait to see what giant horribly mutated creature was around the corner. RE5 had the crab thing that reminded me of that. He just came out of nowhere.
So thats it. Maybe big super zombified bosses that have their own set of abilities like tearing through walls, phasing like a ghost, flying, etc.
I think that they would definantly benefit if they could make a Left 4 Dead that actually keeps the players in the game not board pf it in ten minutes. They should make a better campaign. I have always wanted a Fallout type of zombie. One that is open world not so structured like Left 4 Dead has always been until they try to do this, I think the games are going to get worse and worse. The type of game that I am talking about is a game that you can catch the virus on so you have to be smart and play it safe, not go out and go commando like you do in L4D. It would challenge your survival skills. Thats what I think they should do with the new Left 4 Dead game if it is coming.
There should be zombies. Lots of zombies.

Rainheart, I'll never forget you.
It's probably too late to reply to this but no, it's not The Passing. It's the one they released for both games- The Sacrifice.

I would like to see how the infection started as well and I would also want to see it set in a major city
why don't u want them to make a new left for dead 3 there is so many people that want to have it. I mean its not like they have nothing more to improve, like they could make a story mode that way there would be levels in the game you can look forward to unlocking and beating rather than already having them and i agree that a prequel that enplanes the whole story. And changing characters didn't help

I couldn't agree with you more. I'll take whatever I can get.
