when i put a game in it dosent read it some of the time. it will say open tray even though i already have a game in their, and then i will take it out and put it back in over and over but it will finally work. is their something wrong with my xbox
Yes, this already happened to me when I bought a 360 off Ebay ( my first one ), It would not read disk, it will say open tray when the game was in their like yours. but i returned angrily. and went to Best Buy and bought me a new one. I was so pissed

Yea u definitely wanna contact Microsoft if its still in warranty
It is the X-box's eye, the thing that reads the game. Try dusting it off by blowing in it and if that doesnt work your pretty much screwed unless you get a new one.
Call this number: 1-800-4MY-XBOX. If it's in warranty it may be replaced. If it's fixable, they'll tell you how.
