Ok if you recognize this game you should pretty much be taken a back bye its beautifuel backgrounds musical score storyline and the rune system really i cried like boogers and blood for a week it was so good so just for the sake of chewing the fat about this game anyone else like it or not im open for discussion

I own the original but missed out on the sequel.  By the time I got around to wanting to add it to my collection, it retailed for a hundred bucks or more on Ebay.  I'm eagerly awaiting a PlayStation Store release!

Suikoden 2 is definitely my favorite entry in the franchise. It has so many great aspects, like that devilish Luca Blight.

I think this is the best Suikoden title to date, especially if you DID play Suikoden (1) first.  It adds to much to the experience.  I just recently played this game and I'm never getting rid of it.  Absolutely amazing storyline.  I wouldn't change anything about the game.

I have to agree. Suikoden 2 is one of a kind and is probably one of the best RPG's ever made. Its a great game, has a very well told story, the battles were unique, the characters brought the game to life....but now, it is such a hard game to find. And when you find one, don't be surprised to be paying at least 150 to 200 dollars for one.

Definitely a great game.  I managed to find a used copy at Gamestop a couple years ago and it still cost me $55.  It will probably be added to the PSN eventually so people who don't want to pay $100 on ebay can play it.

I really enjoyed all of the Suikoden games (yes, even the 4th one), but 2 is low on the list for me. It goes I, V, III, II, Tierkreis, IV, Tactics.

I love the graphics and game play better in Suikoden 2 than the original. I preferred the original story line and 180 stars of destiny.

I sold my original copy of Suikoden 2 around 4-5 years ago for $90 on ebay. I can imagine it is much higher now.
