The lights are on
Here's a pretty simple question thread...
What's your favorite Nintendo 64 game?
I'm casting my vote right off the bat:
The Legend of Zelda : Ocarina of Time
No other game drew me in for a full year after its release... it was the game I bought my Nintendo 64 to play and was the game that I continued to play for long after I had beaten other games on the system. It played a big part of my adolescent life and I would often engage in heated discussions of 'Which is better? Ocarina of Time or Final Fantasy VII' at school (fyi: I still say Ocarina, although both are great games). It introduced Zelda in three dimensions, it introduced the 'Z-Targeting' system, it incorporated a full on music playing system with the Ocarina and to this day you can still find 'how to play' FAQs on the Internet that let you play various themes on the musical instrument. It featured an addictive minigame in fishing and finding all 100 Gold Skulltulas spread out over the world.
But most importantly of all:
Each and every single time I beat it, I'd start all over. The world of Hyrule was SO enthralling that I simply never tired of it, and the epic musical score certainly helped to enforce that fact.
Ocarina of Time gets my vote as the best N64 game ever made. =}
It's a me, Mario!

A man chooses, a slave obeys...
Perfect Dark is my favorite, but Conker's Bad Fur Day is good too ... that game made me laugh hard and the strategy guide was funny too, with its different names for bowel movements listed ... Jalepeno Tugboat Ride, hehe ^.^
I have 2 favorite N64 games. Ocarina of Time obviously, and Super Mario 64.
Kirby Crystal Shards
one game that I haven't seen that should be on the list is a rare game that I played called Shadowgate 64 : Trials of the 4 Towers. Was a great RPG game that was ahead of it's time in depth and style.
When will the developers of games let us actually gamers come up with a creative game idea? The world may never know....
Defently Orcarina of Time
Hoorah!
Ocarina of Time and Perfect Dark. An unfortunate release with the second Perfect Dark.
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
same as Cheez, I have several favorites: Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Goldeneye, Starfox 64, Mario Kart 64, and 1080 Snowboarding.
Super Smash Bros. or Ocarina of Time
