I believe its the amount of gamers playing a game at one time and eventually one person is gonna find a flaw or cheat that testers may have not played the game enough to find

EA support is an oxymoron hahaha no but really, It does take some time for glitches to be patched. If it's new don't expect it to be fixed right away. If it persists for a long time then you know someone dropped the ball.

EA cares (sarcasm).

Anyway, developers are constantly finding ways to patch and improve their games so glitches and cheats don't work, but with the sheer volume of players playing certain games, like sports, the players are inevitably always going to find something new. The developers/publishers are forced to play catch-up because they are unaware of these glitches until a player finds them and exploits them.

i would like to talk about e.a. games, madden in particular. why does ea allow cheaters and glitchers? if their so smart, how or why do they allow all of this to continue? i am a paying customer of lots of expensive ea games and i cant figuer out why they dont care about my gaming experience.
