Master Chief along with every other spartan

At 6 John was abducted to be trained in the ways of super soldier, at 12 him and the other spartans took on a whole platoon of hardened marine who had live ammo while they only had rubber bullets. At 13 John was drug enhanced and had unknowingly but in the end still killing 3 ODST's and mortally wounding a fourth.

Throughout the Spartans Career a single Spartan had killed more covenant than entire UNSC fleet could.

Master Chief in his first game obliterated an entire Covenant Armada and the Flood on Installation 04. And with the help of the Arbiter by Halo 3 they saved the entire galaxy from extinction.

I don't care how awesome people make Kratos out to be, in a fist fight with Master Chief, Master Chief would always win. (Spartans are in truth crazy fast in hand-to-hand combat)

Toad. Only the most bad ass-ry possible will allow to have a mushroom cap head with out being killed. Also, I have jumped on them in Mario Sunshine at 1000 and he is still okay. He's fraid of the dark though... But he lets you save your game in Luigi's Mansion

Well i havent played God of war so i havent handeled kratos first hand and ive only sen him in trailers. But id like to say master chief but once i played through halo wars and saw the awesomeness that spartans can bring to the table my vote goes to UNSC spartans in general.

I think that would have to be Wesker, from Resident Evil.

You can't beat Wesker, no matter how many of his minions you kill, or how many times you put a bullet in him or knock him off a cliff, he'll just keep coming back for more. And with those shades and that trench-coat, he does it all in style B-)
