reasons: story's sucked, anyoied with the redicuoles amount of loading time and real bad platforming. gameplay was ok but just ok
Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops+ because it has absolutely no story...
But the online mode was worth while.
I agree with the above post, the game was WAY off the story.

UT2K4 was and still is one of my favorite FPSs ever. I played it way more than I care to mention, but UT3 was just a huge disappointment.
Prince of Persia(next gen)& Assasin's Creed 1both looked so cool but are to repetetive
I have a few. I rented Too Human, gave it back the next day. Modern Warefare 2, only played it for 4 hours and beat the darn thing. Mario 64, Donkey Kong 64, Zelda: Majora's Mask, and the Sonic Adventure series.

Tough one, but I think it might be the original Jak & Daxter for PS2. It just wasn't fun at all and uninteresting to me. Although, I was like 8 then, so I didn't care for story, I just wanted fun, and that isn't what I got out that...
REsident evil outbreak 1 & 2
Second Sight has some really nice cover art and the whole telekinesis thing is cool, but the stealth segments play something like Metal Gear Solid with stealth camo turned on, and the shooting segments suck. You soak up bullets while you lock on to enemies hundreds of meters away, then you take cover and regenerate.
My pick for most disappointing game i've ever played:
"HAZE" a FPS for PS3.
I found absolutely nothing groundbreaking or interesting.

I have three games that I found dissapointing: Zelda II: Adventure of Link for the NES, Mario 64 for the N64, and CoD: MW2.
right off my head Tekken 6 cause in order to customize my character with high efficiency, i need to play the awful single play scenario....
other than that devil may cry 2,(1,3,4 is way more superior)
It's pretty recent, but I was definitely disappointed by Prototype. I expected so much more from that game.
Uncharted 2...all those great reviews and I thought it would be "the adventure of the lifetime" but i was very very wrong.It turned out nothing but a overhyped game that showed nothing of its greatness.MO of course.
