Any Final Fantasy

Morrowind, Neverwinter Nights and Knights of the Old Republic. My favz of RPG genre.

I'm a sucker for the old schools.

Chrono Trigger, DQ and FFVII are some of my faves, Grandia was great too, also Rogue Galaxy, that was a very good game that alot people (at least down here) didn't really know about. Disgaea is also one of my faves, classic TRPG, i got that game YEARS ago and i still pop it in.

Hey hey!  Good call, D_Bagg (I never thought I'd say that in a non-sarcastic way).  I've not seen many people ever say anything about Rogue Galaxy.  I'm playing through that right now and loving it.

Aside from that, Final Fantasy VI, Suikoden II and Earthbound are a few of my favorite RPGs.  I also just found the Mother 3 rom download and English translation thanks to a fellow GI fan and I'll be excited to play that as well.

Dragon Force on the Saturn. Epic battles were so cool to watch.

Knights of the Old Republic on Xbox. Come on BioWare lets get to KOTOR 3!

Pure RPG will be Final Fantasy X.... Mass Effect is shooter/RPG so I dont think it counts....

I came kind of late game to the RPG genre, so my favorites are mostly new ones.  Oblivion and Mass Effect are my current favorite RPGs, and I can't wait to try out Dragon Age. (also Borderlands and Castle Crashers are pretty cool, but they don't really count)

Overall......i would have to say....Suikoden 2

i hardly even consider fable to be an rpg.  

well, regardless its no where near my favorite.

mass effect is my top picks are mass effect, kotor, dragon age, fallout 3, and borderlands.  

i really enjoyed playing through Lost Odyssey too, but i cant see myself ever playing through it again.

Probaly Borderlands, I haven't played too much FF games before, and Disgaea if you count SRPGs
