The lights are on
God I'm looking forward to this game. I've done EVERYTHING that can be done in Fallout 3 and I still play it. I think Obsidian can pull it off, it will be great.
"It is not death that we wish to avoid, but life that we wish
I just hope they minimize the save files without minimizing the game and most importantly they need to fix the glitches
What can I say This game is going to be simply amazing taking place in Vegas, a sin city full of glitz and glamour and greatly personified the 50's with the great Casino's, The Rat Pack, and the Mafia who founded Vegas.
As for the video someone said it looks like a California flag, it could be a traveller from the NCR (New California Republic) Fallout 1 and 2. Maybe judging this is nin the future of the previous Fallouts, the NCR ahs become well established now. What also boggles me too is that the city is intact which is awsome and I am looking forward to some interactivity.
I bet they will include Area 51 in either the game or the obvious DLC that will follow.
What do you guys feel about the game?
on the back of the guy's jacket what does A7 mean??
Here is a website that has some info on New Vegas if you search as well as previous Fallout games
Something I found out about New Vegas, turns out the city was destroyed but rebuilt by a fat mobster I guess, similar to vegas today.
And yes my assumptions were correct the NCR will make an appearance in this game.
Sorry for the erratic posting, I'm a bit obsessed with this game atm lol.
Jason, I understand that you're excited, and that's great. However, if you're able to edit your posts with new information, please do so as to not have double or triple posts. Thanks.
As for the game, I'm looking forward to it, but it's still a bit early to judge if it'll be good or not. Here's hoping Obsidian can do the franchise justice.
Check out the new teaser trailer.
If you post it, they will troll.
i heard there are giving out free beta's of the game to any body who pre orders the game from gamestop
Really? A beta for an single player open ended RPG like Fallout is pretty rare. Actually, I've never heard of one. I don't know how that would work, but i wouldn't want to start a character in a beta just to have to start all over again.
I'm not terribly excited for this, even though i loved Fallout 3.
I heard Bethesda's not working on it, so I'm kind of disappointed
PC Gamer has a New Vegas cover story this month and apparently some subscribers are posting details.
HELL YES to the hardcore mode
I'm pretty excited about it. I couldn't guess how many hours I sunk into Fallout 3 + its expansions. I have faith in Obsidian, I just hope its not distracting them from thier other big single player RPG (Alpha Protocol).
Alpha Protocol is pretty much done by now, considering that lead designer Chris Avellone has already moved on to New Vegas.
My Hype-O-Meter is off the charts.
I was extremely excited for this game but since like someone said above, Bethesda isnt working on it, so I've officially had this game plummet on my top wish list. Interplay or whoever is making it, better do it justice, or I'll breed a hive of death claws and release it on their company building.
