I second the The Wander and Mono couple from Shadow of the Colossus. If fighting sixteen enormous beings with a few weapons and a horse in order to bring a girl back to life isn't love, then I don't know what love is.

my second would have to be the love triangle of sora, kairi, and riku. sora will never forget kairi but something tells me that it's riku who is always on his mind.
haha from The Darkness I remember "Jackie" ( is it? ) had to watch t.v with his girlfriend for an achievement and a kiss!!!!! lol... good game though.
