The lights are on
The last two boss fights in Shadow of the Colossus. Just the sheer size of the two of them.
The space scene in FFVIII as well as the ending. I actually teared up a little when I watched that the first time though the music sets the tone for it very very well.
The Ending to FFX, especially Tidus
The FF tactics ending, though that made me so sad I never wanted to play the game again.
Ace Combat Zero, the second Round Table mission/Avalon.
Demon's Souls, Tower Knight boss
That's all of my list though.
1. The ending of FFX with Tidus and his dad
2. God of War the first level and then the fight with Ares.
3. God of War II 1st level again and then the end fighting Zeus, also did I mention his got Titans with him.....
4. Assassin's Creed's gameplay on the first time
5. Everything about the first Modern Warfare
To me the 2 most breath taking moment's are:
1)When in Gears of war one,the COG got ambushed and was forced to get inside a building that had a Berserker in it.Now that was chilling.
2)The Fallout 3 teaser trailer when that soldier(Amazingly I cant remember the name of the guy on the cover.) is standing there and turns his head slowly to stare at the screen. Now that is an awesome way to introduce a game.
I thought the ending to MGS4 was pretty breath taking and energetic...and the fight at the end was just...bliss. And the aftermath of what happens...arguably a defining end to a great series' storyline.
Modern Warfare 1: The last level when Gaz, Griggs and everyone dies....so sad ( but cpt price is still alive so eh)
Exiting Vault 101 in Fallout 3. That is something I wish I could experience again for the first time.
! MAJOR SPOILER - Heavy Rain !
Seriously!!!
Playing as a younger Scott Shelby.
The halo 3 ending cutscene(if you watched the credits you know hes still alive though, so yay!)
The intro to halo 3 ODST when the its telling you how the covenant are winning and this is suicide mission, the music tugs at my heart, I still cant skip it lol
Resident Evil (gamecube) the ending when you play as jill and you fall asleep on chris' shoulder
Anything having to do with Bioshock, especially the little sister savior ending. Sad yet beautiful lol
I dont need a GIF-yes Im that awesome.
Fallout 3: First battle against a Super Mutant Behemoth
Bioshock: Stepping Into the Submarine/Killing Andrew Ryan
Call of Duty MW2: Walking into airport and realizing what you have to do.
Half-Life 2: Ravenholm
Call of Duty WaW: Calling in the dogs
Little Big Planet: making your first level
It's probably when I first saw the kid playing with the bizarre-looking creature in the trailer for The Last Guardian. Very touching.
when kairi knew sora was the heartless.
and when sora fought riku for the first time with oathkeeper

SPOILERS
BioShock -- arriving at Rapture, killing Andrew Ryan (I did a total 180 on how I felt about him after that).
Half-Life 2 Episode Two -- when Eli Vance is killed.
In Halo 3: when Maranda dies, that gave me chills and a sad emotional feeling
In Gears Of War 2: When Dom had to kill Maria, that just made me sad.
This one sounds stupid
In Halo 2: when Chief had to leave Cortana
and finally the most emotional moment for me was
when I first got Modern Warfare 2, and I first put in the game to play it, I had a tear of joy that I acctually owned the game!
That was a great moment of all of video game history!
COD: MW-Nuke goes off and having to crawl out of the wreckage.
COD: MW2-'No Russian' and General Shepherd's betrayal
Mass Effect: Deciding who to leave behind on Virmire and confronting Wrex
Metal Gear Solid 4: Snake crawling through the microwave emitter corridor
ICO-Self explanatory
Mass Effect 2: Reuniting with Ashley on Horizon and hitting the Omega 4 Relay to save the crew and stop the Collectors.
Dead Space: Issac Clarke finds out his wife is dead. (The first letters of each mission are: K-I-M I-S D-E-A-D).
FF VII-Aerith's death
Bioshock: 'Would You Kindly...'
this is going to sound stupid but saints row when ever the asian chick (its been awhile leave me be) dies
also when Sargent Johnson dies and Doms wife in gears. that was depressing.
hands down, witnessing the execution of one of the main characters in ps2's cold winter, which has one of the best stories i've experienced in a video game.
