The lights are on
A couple days ago, Attack of the Show and X-Play, the two shows that made G4, had aired their last episodes with montages, signing and tears. Soon G4 will be transformed into a metrosexual male network called Esquire *raise pinkie* where they will discuss about shopping, and... Nothing about games. Are you going to miss G4? Will you miss Attack of the show, xplay, ninja warrior, and reruns of cops?
No. I think it hasn't been a channel for gamers for about eight years maybe more. They started slowly changing until there was nothing left. They just finally finished the job.
no i'm kind of glad its gone
I was somewhat upset. Mostly because when I was younger I was quite excite to here that there were actual shows dedicated to gaming and news. And only recently have I been able to acquire digital cable; hoping to finally be able to watch X-Play and all the other shows. But no, it goes and ends. Still had a few good months out of it though. I'm sure the old videos can be somewhere online. So it would be just like looking through your brother's old gaming magazines from the 90's and feeling nostalgia.
I liked the network when it actually focused more on games. That changed a lot over the last few years, and honestly, while I tried to stick with it for a time, I got bored of the channel. I'll miss the way it was before it changed, but what it became has been dead to me for some time, so no, I won't miss G4.
The only time I got to watch G4 was at a family members house. The rare times I did get to watch G4 I never really cared for the shows they had. However, watching video game news on tv for the first time was pretty cool.

no i'm not going to miss G4 i stopped watching it years ago
Very much so, if only for AOTS. X-Play lost me a long time ago, but I have had fond memories of Attack since the day it first aired.
Plus it really adds insult to injury that freaking Esquire are the ones to take it over.
