The lights are on
Co-op with my brothers in Halo Campaign has always been fun. And that trend continued with borderlands, and Left 4 Dead. World at War would've been better if the pointless frames weren't taking up my screen. And the same goes for local Spec Ops missions.
So yes when FPS titles lack local play its a pain. I'd like to invite friends over and play with them in the same room and not have to switch off playing.
It's honestly been years since I've played anything split-screen. At every LAN I've been to everyone has to bring their own TV or monitor. Split screen is just too small to concentrate on, and everyone always complains about screen-peeking.
Yes I care. Me and my sister likes to play co-op game together, especially if we don't have the ability to play online.
I only play split screen whenever I'm playing with a local friend or family so I don't really care if a game has it or not.
How do you vote?
Yes James, shoot Natalia in her *** face, cause shes probably just going to get in the way later when you try busting her out of a military snow bunker.
But yeah split screen is a big + and screen peeking is just to much fun sometimes:)
you need to be a level 5 member.
GI really needs to add some note to all polls about this, questions are posted every time about it.
I love playing split-screen coop but I also like to play online and single player.
Yes, Yes, Yes I care!
YES! YES! YES!!!!!!!!
honestly the reason i got a console was to play with friends next to me otherwise i would have gotten a computer or laptop
Oh and another thing that pisses me off is how gaming companies never directly say whether or not they will have local play and whether or not its splitscreen.
I care about local multiplayer, and split screen mode, but I think a more pressing question would be why can't game companies ever make a split screen that doesn't completely eff the UI / HUD?
