I enjoy a good horror game every now and then with my girlfriend, we get scared easily however so the few horror games we play have to be good games such as;
Silent Hill
Alan Wake
Bioshock
And Dead Space. :)
Sometimes, it depends on the game. Like Resident Evil is awesome, but some just don't do good details.
Like them all. death is fascinating.
I can't handle scary games. I got scared by The Mothman Prophecies.

It's fun when you find one that gives you enough of a scare that it can make you stop and contemplate if you really HAVE to go down the dark/dimly lit cooridoor.

I love scary games. I loved Dead Space, Silent Hill, Fatal Frame, and Resident Evil (before it turned into an action game.)

Like Resident Evil 2? Now that's a horror game done right. There has to be suspense, and there has to be shock. If you don't come within inches of a heart attack, it's not scary enough XD
Yeah i do! who won't forget resident evil 1 and 2! panicing when the zombies try to eat you and you have no bullets to fire! *** that was scary! :P!
i do, but the scare factor has deminished. most game set up the scares and it seems so obvious. since the first two resident evils, and the first silent hill, the only game with the slightest scary-ness to it was condenmed 2. i loved silent hill 1 for being so original for it's time.
i want a game where your a helpless person to a world completely taken over by monsters. as to say yeah you can pick off 2 or 3 of them, but that won't do you any justice when there are 56 of them right around the corner.

A great horror game is definitely my favorite. That's why Dead Space 2 is my favorite game, and Dead Space 3 is number 1 on my radar.
