The lights are on
I recently had someone renew my subscription to gameinformer, but they signed me up for the digital issue and I prefer getting the actual print issues. Is there anyway I can switch from the digital to the print or am I pretty much stuck with the digital until my subscription expires?
Just go to the bottom right side of the page and click on "service form" then click on ask a question and ask them to change your subscription from digital to physical.
It worked for me I only had to wait about 2 days and then i got an email saying that they had change it, you will have to wait 2 issues (2 months) for you to star getting them in your mail again, you won't get those 2 issues but your subscription will be extended by 2 months.
sorry i wish i can help but i have no idea :(
Pls answer this question I need to change my to print too
Try contacting them at 1-866-844-GAME, (Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm CST) or email firstname.lastname@example.org they should be able to help you there I think.
Same thing happened to me.
It makes no since for this to be the only option. There should be an option to change this on the site, but I can't find it.....
Same thing happened to me, except I bought a Power Up Pro card from Gamestop, activated and didn't even give me an option to get a physical copy or digital. I then saw the digital pdf on my homepage. :(
they should have option to recieve both digital and print i personally like to get the print copy to read when away or busy but digital copy to read at home when i dont feel like reading print while laying in bed. i also like to save all my print copies of all my issues, i guess i like to collect them but would rather read the digital when the new issue comes out and like to carry print copy when in between classes or or back hurting from sitting at computer or just browsing through at my own pace without loads or neading to DL. please fix this gameinformer.
I want to know too!
I also need my subscription switched to digital please
