I want to change my subscription to Print, from the digital. It wants the Subscriber number, it shows where it is, it's on the print version. How do I locate it if I only have digital version? Thanks! :)
I don't actually know since I'm not a subscriber to the digital version. But did GameInformer send you an email confirming your digital version purchase or something like that? I would check my email and see if your account information is there. If not you can send a message to Joey Guerra. He's one of the head IT guys here and I'm sure he could help you with this.

You can't find it if you were digital first and have never gotten the print edition. If you want to switch to print, just send a message with your address on
So why when I wrote to customer service asking how to do this no one bothered to even respond? In the meantime I received yet another digital issue I won't likely bother with reading much.
I also just don't understand the slightly infuriating method. There's a form available to make the change, but requires a subscriber number. No explanation of where to find, or the fact that those of us without a print magazine don't have it. Then I ask and don't get a response. Find this post, eventually, and it says to contact customer service with address and they will make the change -- the same information that could be sent with the form, if it didn't require an unavailable number. The logic here is...make it as difficult as possible while sounding accommodating?
Has anyone had any luck? My son wants to switch ours to print. I thought he would like digital on his tablet but he doesn't want it. I need to switch to print and do not know how. Thanks
Go to the contact us page and send customer service a message with your name and address requesting to switch. Give them the email address you gave for the digital subscription too so they can find the subscription.
