When a new console launches, it is (almost) always lackluster due to the fact that the incentives of buying a “next gen console” just aren’t there yet. In this blog, I will explore what qualities of new consoles are the most important to a successful launch.

Make good games.

The longer a developer is given to make their first game for that system, the better that game will be. It's also a good idea for the console maker to develop a few games themselves in-house. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is considered one of the best in the franchise, and it was a Wii Launch title.

Why the Wii U isn't doing as good as the Wii (in my opinion)?

There isn't a game the caliber of Twilight Princess.

This was a short blog and I apologize about that, but I've been really busy lately and I won't ever BE HERE tomorrow. I plan on just skipping out on tomorrow, and posting 2 blogs for Sunday. Sorry.
