The 2012 Critics' Choice Movie Awards ceremony is set to take place on Thursday, January 12, at the Hollywood Paladium and air live on VH1 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
Films "Hugo" and "The Artist" lead with 11 nominations each for the 17th annual ceremony, with "The Help" and "Drive" close behind with eight nominations each. Several other films such as "War Horse," "The Tree of Life," "My Week With Marilyn" and "The Descendants" are also up for multiple nominations.

The show will feature hosts Rob Huebel and Paul Scheer, and musical guest Fitz and The Tantrums as the house band.
