I have been looking at the previews, trailers, etc. for Sniper Ghost Warrior 2. Below, I decided to give my thoughts as to what I want out of the game.
Here are my thoughts on what I have seen from the Sniper Ghost
The trailers have been great at showing what you should expect from the
The second link shoes gameplay from Sarajevo. This link shows off the various sniping
skills that are used in the game. It
also shows how timing is key in picking off your enemy. Also, you have to take into account, wind
factor, altitude, distance, etc. These
keys seem to make for an interesting game from what I have seen thus far.
Here are some of the things I would like to see in this game.
One of the things I want in the game is a brief tutorial to get you acclimated
to the game. Some games just "throw you
to the wolves", so to speak.
Also, I'd like for the controls to have various settings to make it easier to
adjust to the style of play that maybe offered during the game.
Another thing I think I would like to see is what type of guns are offered for
beginners, intermediates, and those who consider themselves to be "experts".
With that being said, I like to see some differentiation in the level of play;
also, in the types of guns that are offered.
I also wonder if there will be a standard issued gun or sniper rifle for
each class as with other games.
Lastly, I think that there will be a multi-play aspect; being that this game'
premise is based on sniping or being a sniper.
I wonder how that will play out in both the long and short runs.
Overall, if these few things are addressed in the game, then I think I have a
GOTY contender or at least an honorable mention, imho!
