We all watch it, at some point in our lives. Television was one of the original sources of entertainment, and with it now getting drowned out by film and videogames(score!) there isn't much good to watch nowadays. That being said, you can still find a couple gems on the air every once in a while, but a couple of these are off the air as far as I know.

6. Rocko's modern life

This show was one of my favorites growing up, and it always seemed like it shouldn't be on a kids network. A lot of crazy stuff was always going down, and I still love to catch an episode on you tube every now and then. It's a hilarious show if you haven't seen it, I suggest checking it out. It's a show that would really shine if you had it on, not just mindless entertainment, actually good television for kids and adults.

5. It's always sunny in Philadelphia

This show is just insanely funny. It's still in circulation, and is played alot on FX. Sooo many ridiculous moments on this show I don't even know where to begin. It centers around the lives of a group of freinds who own a bar, and the awesome things they do in their everyday lives. Hilarity always ensues, whether one of their fathers is trying to kill them or one of them bites a Santa Claus in the neck. Always something crazy going on in the show, always keeps you laughing.

4. Breaking Bad

A 50 year old chemistry teacher who just found out he has the early stages of lung cancer. He decides to enlist one of his former students to help him cook crystal meth and sell it in order to support his family for the long run. Just straight up epic, this show goes where noone will. Its so shocking and never gets old, you can't just watch one episode, you'll need to find out what happens next.

3.  Looney Tunes

I don't think I need to explain what this show did for cartoons. Without it they would have never been where they are today. The adventures of all of the Tunes were awesome and varied. I don't think there will ever be a nother show like it.

2. Home Movies

Ahh, this show!! I cannot get enough of this show, it is soo amazingly written. You just need to sit and watch a couple of episodes to appreciate it. It is soo funny, and has some of the most memorable characters on any show.

1. Dexter

I had wrote this blog months before I first checked out this show, never knowing how much I would enjoy. The show is downright phenomenal. I loved every season, and the way the character has developed. The show really makes you believe in it and it has some of the most intense moments in television I've ever seen. If you haven't seen any of it, check it out. It is arguably the most well written show out there now aday.
