I would love to see of three games make their way over to the U.S. but in all likelihood, that's not really going to happen anytime soon. Still, it's nice to hear about movements such as this one.

GO RAINFALL!!!

I've tried to get into Final Fantasy, but the turn-based gameplay just doesn't work for me.

I hope this Operation works, but I don't think it will. Even if these American fans do buy a large amount of Final Fantasy copies, it'll probably not be enough to get them to release the games fans want. In all likelihood, they'll probably look at this whole episode as 'Hey, more money. Thanks guys.' and keep games from entering America.

Still, good luck on this endeavor.

Would that be as epic as the Halo series? I think not. But I agree that the name Bungie gives me A LOT of confidence in the upcoming game.

I'm confused if you meant them being paired with EA instead of Microsoft, or with EA instead of Activision? Either way, they're Bungie, and as long as their lead publisher doesn't interfere too much and lets Bungie make the game they want to make, it'll be likely that all the publisher will need to do is ride on the coattails of what'll follow.

re: Bungie's new trademark hints at next title

Hmmm this sounds interesting. I have heard that mentioned before. Would you say the same had they partnered with EA?

Febtober: Now thinking about it, "Be brave" does kind of give me a fantasy RPG sort of feeling. But you are definitely right, the phrase is generic enough to be just about anything. I can't wait to find out more!

re: Bungie's new trademark hints at next title

I'm not so sure; "Be Brave" and "Destiny" give me a fantasy RPG vibe for some reason. Now that it's left Microsoft, Bungie's joined the current 'evil empire' that is Activision. Since Bungie joined that empire and made the insanely popular Halo franchise, maybe their pairing with Activision will allow them to do it again.

It's all just speculation at this point, but "Be Brave" and "Destiny" seem to be things an adult would tell their child, so maybe the game deals with different ages of a character, their journeys throughout their life?
