Ever since first introduced, Sony' new PS3 Slim has sold over one million units worldwide. But wait until you hear about what they have planned for this holiday season.

Headed for a November 3rd release, a new version of the PS3 Slim, which will come with a 250GB  hard drive, will be hitting store shelves worldwide. Featuring the same look and features as the 120GB version, apart from the difference in storage space, the only other difference will be in its price tag. Weighing in at $100 more, the PS3 will officially be the most expensive console yet again.

One thing I can't seem to figure out though, is why Sony didn't just release both versions at the same time?
