The lights are on
Finding Peace
The salow sweet taste of amber coal A blood red mark upon my soul The light chasens to eat the darkness And I am left in a starving embrace Do you feel the water rising Streaming through the broken door Silver walls, Silver walls Reflecting the mark upon my soul She thinks to move, she thinks to act To hold on, to forget my past She dosn't understand Our love can never last The distance covered, the past forgoten More then ever I feel the pain Miles between us, I feel insane The water swallows Her voice is muffled No longer do I hear her words Silver walls reveal no more Lost in this water grave Darkness has returned The light shatered The power currents, as if the llightning of a storm Drifting through this never ending water void Coarsing through my frail body Cracking down my amber hart The pain is sharp, biting hard Breaking through the open door I emerge, water no more Lush green blades of plenty On my feet, soft and serine The star is shining, the one called sun The earth is bright And I am in it The silver grave, I see no more And so I am my own life My own being In the world

That's amazing! Wow.
Thank you. This is a product of that curse I told you about :(
It's broken now. :)
True
Ok, I will not say anything stupid...I hope lol.
I thought it was very good and my favorite part was:
She thinks to move, she thinks to act
To hold on, to forget my past
She dosn't understand
Our love can never last
The distance covered, the past forgoten
More then ever I feel the pain
Miles between us, I feel insane
thanks man. You cant say anything stupid about poetry. Unless you say that's not poetry
Another great poem. You know it is poetry when you feel an emotion attached to the writing.
