Switch Lights

The lights are on

Where is Mohammed? Hour 14 of finally playing GTA 4, two years late.

So basically, when GTA 4 came out, I had little money. I certainly didn't have enough to buy all the amazing games released that year. I was still inching through Bioshock, blasting through Fallout 3, and blowing everybody away in the classic that is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Suffice to say, I blew it off.

This Saturday I dropped a line to my local Gamestop clerk that I love so, (he shall remain nameless.) He was trying to sell me GTA 3, but I insisted that it was a either a new game or nothing. So, I got it, and now I cannot believe what I am missing.

In this masterpiece, not a dull hour goes by. When I'm not blasting through the fantastically made, adrenaline-pumped missions, I can be picking up ladies to go to bars, or just get Niko to visit strip clubs. Generally I don't use cheat codes, but in this game, I just couldn't resist the prospect of getting my hands on the annhilator as soon as possible.

Whether I am playing the brilliantly tuned, hilarious story, or just doing side jobs or nothing at all, GTA 4 is a gaming experience I shouldn't have missed.

  • Yeah man I beat it on Xbox 360 over a year ago, I am currently going thru it on my PS3 now. It really is a great game, and they packed a bunch of stuff into the game. From the huge, heavily packed story line, down to the small details of the game, it is insanely interesting. I bought the double disc GTA for PS3 as well, but I have told myself I won't put it in until I finish the first one.

  • I have no idea what this blog has to do with Mohammed... do I need to play the game or something?

  • Yea very very late post
