Grand Theft Auto, a popular open-world game series, has many vehicles to choose from. I have played all 4 (GTA III, GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas, and GTA IV) and have found that each game has its own cars that I have taken an interest to. 

Grand Theft Auto 3:

Infernus:

A fast car, and comfortable to drive. When I say comfortable, I mean that it is not a Stallion. The car has looks, and is great to use when being chased by the Liberty City Police.

Cheetah:

The Cheetah is an incredibly fast car. It is comfortable to drive, and it is great to use in street races. It is great to use to escape gangsters and police.

Patriot:

The Patriot is elegant, great to cruise the islands in GTA 3, and it is also fast. It's comfortable to drive, and a great choice of cars.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

Sabre Turbo

The Sabre Turbo is by far the best car in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, in my opinion. Is is extremely fast, and the car is beautiful. Perfect for showing it off in the islands of Vice City.\

Police Cruiser 

The Police Cruiser is a great car in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. There are two reasons why. It is perfect to use to escape traffic, and it has good looks. In my opinion, perfect to role-play with in the game.

Cheetah

The Cheetah, like I mentioned before, is a very fast car, and has great looks. Perfect to use if you would like to drive with speed throughout Vice City.

Cuban Hermes 

The Cuban Hermes is a great car to use if you would like to blend in with the Cuban gang in Vice City. Fast, and has looks.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas:

BF- 400

The BF-400 is one of the best motorcycles in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It is incredibly fast, and it comfortable to drive. Perfect to use for making stunts.

Banshee

The Banshee is my favorite car in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas because of three reasons. The car is very fast, great to use when out-running police officers, and also because it's appearance is great.

Blade

The Blade is my second favorite car in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The car has looks, you can perform stunts with it, and it is a great car to use when competing in street races.

Hydra

If you don't want to experience the traffic in San Andreas, then use a jet. In my opinion, the Hydra is the best way to air travel in San Andreas. 

Grand Theft Auto 4:

Admiral

The Admiral is both elegant and fast. It is comfortable to drive, and perfect to use when driving through the islands in Liberty City. With the graphics in this game, it makes it a beautiful vehicle.

Banshee 

The Banshee, by far, is my second favorite car in Grand Theft Auto 4. The car is both fast and wonderful. It is comfortable to drive, and the graphics make it even better.

Sabre

Out of all the cars in the first and second islands in Liberty City, the Sabre is my favorite. Like I mentioned before, the Sabre is both fast and beautiful. Perfect to use to out-run Liberty City Police.

Infernus

The Infernus is by far my favorite car in Grand Theft Auto 4. It resembles the Lamborghini, and it is very fast. It is comfortable to drive, and beautiful also. A great choice if you would like to drive it.

Patriot

The Patriot, like I mentioned before, is a very elegant car, and fast also. It is great to use to tour Liberty City, and it is great to use to perform stunts. My advice, drive it if you get a chance.

Annihilator 

The Annihilator, by far, is the best air travel in Grand Theft Auto 4. It is fast in the sky, and is elegant also. If you would like to out-run the police in an extreme manner, use this helicopter.
