Greetings, all. I am here to talk about a type of GI member that has recently become a scourge. No, not trolls. I'm talking about...gasp...SPAMBOTS! I hate the little binary buggers with a passion. Bad enough they're flooding posts with ads for Ed Hardy shirts, but their profiles offer "links" to all sorts of porn sites. (Now, I'm not commenting on the ethics of porn, but it doesn't belong on GI.) Obviously, I wasn't going to click on the links, but the descriptions said a lot: lolita, child...you get the picture.

Now, I know GI tries pretty hard to keep spammers out of the site, but some obviously slip through. That's where we come in. Report the spammers. Harass them, if you so desire. Tell GI staff about them. Do anything but click the gorramned links! (You probably know that, but I figured I'd say it again.)
