It's been some time since I have been able to get one of these together. Between traveling for work, apartment modification, and...well, The Avengers; I somehow managed to get something together...I'm just sorry it was this game. The full review can be found here.

Next week begins the doomsday that is Diablo III, which will take some time to peel myself away from long enough to write a review. Coupled with Ghost Recon at the end of the month, and I have one busy May. I also found myself lucky enough to procure some tickets to the Legend of Zelda Symphony this weekend...and yes I made the "da da da daaaat" chime when I acquired them. Looking forward to seeing this soundtrack I have been listening to performed live, and I'll be sure to follow it up with a blog post.

Again I appreciate all the comments, ratings, and head pats - both positive and negative. You guys are awesome.

  • Good review. The artstyle, and the fact that it was Fable never really screamed "success story" at me, considering I've never viewed Fable as  a very enjoyable franchise in the first place.

  • My son would love this game.  I may pick it up for him.

  • @GoldvsSilver Thanks! I found the basic Fable console games pretty fun, but most of the spin offs have not really been as solid as they need to be.

@Wise_Men Despite it being a basic hack and slash, the Ages 10+ crowd is actually perfect for this game. It's not overly complicated and very easy to get the hang of in terms of combat and mini games.

  • Great job again, Craig. Real good stuff.
