I'm a Cubs fan. Go ahead and laugh.
Following in Sony's footsteps, New Era Caps' 2012 Major League Baseball marketing campaign focuses on my beloved boys in blue. The Office's Craig Robinson, who lived on the south side of Chicago and rooted for the Sox, and Parks and Recreation's Nick Offerman, a Cubs fan from Minooka, Illinois, represent their favorite teams in this campaign.
While this video does a nice job of showing off both of these actors' comedic talents, I've had this conversation numerous times in my life, and most of the trash talking that came out of my mouth was just as ridiculous. Turns out Cubs fans don't have much to gloat about.

The White Sox have won more than crushing disappointment in the last 100 years. The greatest player the Cubs ever had was Steve Bartman, who's catch that made the Cubs lose saved the Cubs from losing in the World Series. Remember the last time the Cubs won the World Series? Neither does anyone else, because they're all dead now. The Cubs losing is as guaranteed as the Sun rising in the East and Chicago pizza being delicious. The White Sox may have sucked last year, but at least they don't suck EVERY year. Go Sox! BAM!
Haha, the commercial is pretty good. I don't have much a preference for either team, but I really like Ozzie Guillen quotes:
