In this segment, host Matt Helgeson is joined by reviewer Andy Reiner, and Darksiders fans Kyle Hilliard and Matt Miller. Miller sticks around for the second segment, when Joe Juba checks in to talk about his reviews for Dust: An Elysian Tail and The Last Story. Also, we troll Joe. He deserves it.

I've never been a fan of Joe Mad's art work. Sort of an anime/American mix, with grossly exaggerated anatomy. Every male character in his comics is built like the Hulk.

Darn it, now I need more money to buy Darksiders 2 and Dust. Thought I had it saved for Hitman and Dishonored, but these two games blindsided me! I'm glad that some good games are finally coming out this year!

I'm really enjoying Darksiders II so far. I think the most surprising thing about it for me has been the soundtrack, which is great. I knew Jesper Kyd had worked on it, but I don't think I've ever played anything else he's worked on.

Also, regarding Last Story fans' ire at Joe, and fans getting bent out of shape over low scores in general, I think a lot of that has to do with them feeling threatened. I'm not sure how much review scores truly affect sales, but I think there's a lot of gamers out there who are willing to blame reviewers when their favorite niche titles don't receive a sequel.

The games may not have the greatest story, but their lore is awesome. If they can pull a better story out, it'll be amazing. I especially love the fact that War, Death, Strife, and Fury are actually members of a near race called Nephilim. It's also interesting that the 4 Horsemen were the cause of the downfall of their race. It's all interesting when you read into it.

*Rolls up sleeves* Monday Night Combat was a dud?! That game was so fun! :)

This show has really convinced me to get both Darksiders 2 and Dust. Good to see some nice games coming out after the summer drought.
