The lights are on
In one of the most important legal decisions in the history of video games, the Supreme Court struck down a California law aimed at regulating the sale and distribution of violent and adult-oriented video games. This case had broad ranging implications for the industry, and many are now breathing a sigh of relief. In this special edition podcast, host Matt Helgeson is joined by Matt Miller to discuss the history and resolution of the case.
