The lights are on
Portal was one of the most surprising, innovative games of the last few years. Since our cover story on Portal 2, expectations for Valve's sequel has been sky-high. Thankfully, this game more than lives up to the hype, with a longer, more complex single-player mode, amazing writing and voice acting, and a brand-new co-op career that features completely different levels. All in all, it's likely to stand among the year's best games. To give you more insight into our feelings about Portal 2, host Matt Helgeson rounded up reviewers Adam Biessener and Ben Reeves along with Andy Reiner and Dan Ryckert for a special edition podcast on Portal 2. It's an interesting discussion and entirely SPOILER FREE, so listen without worry.

Spoiler Free? I love it :)
I would have been really sad if there was a spoiler. Thanks for keeping it spoiler free.
I love games that deliver a strong sense of a story in their Singleplayer.
That's truly how we get to know the game and its characters.
Go Portal 2!!
woot! portal 2!
You guys never cease to make me laugh. :P
Nice!!!
Making another Thursday end with a bang.
Mmm... Never played the first one. I went with the new MK. Might pick it up later after a price drop tho.
I really liked the first Portal, they created a different concept that no one really ever thought of and ran with it and made it work beautifully. I don't see what more you could want in a great game like this.
I will have to check this game out eventually...greatest hits?
I absolutely love Portal 2 so far.
Two in one day huh? Perfectly fine with me
Yall's roof is gonna cave in, ROFLCOPTER!!! Shoot a portal and escape.
I actually made sure to beat the game before listening to this podcast that I knew was going up, so I was actually hoping for spoilers.
I usually listen to too much stuff about a game before playing it, but short games like Portal definitely need to be played first.
The game is so awesome. I love it. The day one DLC doesn't bother me because they are purely cosmetic things. I think it's totally ok for them to do that.
I'm sure some people were really interested in the discussion about the game, but I couldn't stop thinking about Curry Man... HE'S HOT.... HE'S SPICEY!!!
