To borrow on Andy's goals as CEO of Nintendo a bit,  I'd commission them to make a HD console and a brand spanking new and gorgeous HD Zelda game for the console's day one launch :)

If I were the CEO of Nintendo, my first order of business would be to sharply reduce the number of shovelware that plague's their consoles.

A few shovelware games are not a big problem, but when the entire library of games consist of absolutely uninspired, hoaky games, it's going to hurt the image of the system. You can tell a lot about the system by the games you see displayed on the wall for that system. At fist glance and without any knowledge, who would buy a game console with games like Chuck E. Cheeses: Party Games, The Bachelor Videogame, Go Play Lumberjacks, Grease (*gag*), and KidzBop Dance Party right next to the iconic games of the console?

That's definitely the first order of business. Cleaning up the reputation of the Wii and the DS to make it appeal to a more mature demographic, while keeping the iconic characters of Nintendo.

If i were the CEO of Sony, I would scrap move, 3d and home to just make a new kick ass syphon filter.

If I was the CEO of Nintendo I would make it so there could be DLC. I would really like to see Nintendo make more races for Mario Kart or more Galaxies for Super Mario Galaxy in the form of DLC.

I would take over Microsoft and put out a free game that lets people kill their avatars.

Yea if I was CEO of Microsoft I would be much nicer to the developers, and to the customers, charging high prices for avatar items is no fun, spend 400 Microsoft points on an outfit when i can buy some DLC for a game.  And Valve be nice to Valve especially, I'm still waiting for them to send out the even the smallest DLC onto the 360 version of TF2 just to let those who play it know they are there.

I would take control of Sony and kill the 3d trend now. And the move, It looks cool but seriously gamers just don't want it. I would then put more funds towards putting local multi-player and co-op into new games. I enjoy playing online but I still have friends, many of whom can't afford a ps3 and the internet connection required to play. And hey if you can play halo 3 online and with friends right by your side at the same time, then what's stopping the rest of the games today from following suit.

I would take control of Microsoft and take away the adds every up there because no one wants to pay 50 bucks a year to see adds, then I would let those guys come out with kinect for the people who like work out games But that is as far as they go I will Not Let them go down the rode Nitindo went down, and then I would work on costumizing your dashboard, final I would go back to the roots, bring games with Epic Story, Awesome mult-player, and then work on a mmo title for the Xbox 360...Oh then Try to get all the Metal Gear Solid games in HD for it too. Because the Xbox 360 is a Hardcore console NOT a 300 buck thing that can make you thinner when you could just GO OUT SIDE!!!!!!!...I REALLY don't like the wii haha

And cut arcade games in half and keep the avatar but make every thing for them free.
