The lights are on
Buckle up, because this is a highly controversial episode of the Game Informer Show. Things kick off with one of the best military shooters on the market, EA's Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Andy Reiner, Matt Bertz, and Jeff Marchiafava join host Matt Helgeson to break down the game's explosive multiplayer and solo campaign action. Things heat up in the second segment with a freewheeling discussion of the battle between Activision and recently ousted Infinity Ward heads Jason West and Vince Zampella. Andy McNamara, Phil Kollar, and Adam Biessener voice their opinions on the ugly break-up, and question whether game developers really get the respect they deserve. We wrap up with a less contentious Activision title, StarCraft II. Adam and Matt Miller have been playing the beta and let us know how the legendary RTS is retooling for its massive comeback.

All this Infinty Ward vs. Actvision stuff is mind-blowing....so far, I can't seem to understand what the heck Activison was thinking. But, maybe some stuff will surface soon. Maybe.

Love you analysis of the Infinity Ward firings. If it was any other company not making mad bank for the company it would have been a little more understandable. Looks like Activision will continue to cut open golden gooses.

I played BFBC2 demo and it seemed kind of like MAG, I thik i'll stick with MW2.

i love bad company 2 and the only thing i have wrong with it is the story,now i don't mean that like it was bad,i mean it like they don't explain anything from the first one,like what happened to the gold?why did they go back to the army?and what happened to the girl that helped them?i really wish they would have done more to the story.
I played the demo in Febuary, went up to an enemy sniper post, and knifed all who came near. That said, I have to get the game.
