The Game Informer Show Episode 14

by Phil Kollar on Jan 21, 2010 at 12:30 PM

Regular podcast host Matt Helgeson was busy with an important assignment this week, so hosting duties on Episode 14 of The Game Informer Show podcast are covered by yours truly. In part one of our three-part show this week, I'm joined by Matt Bertz and Jeff Marchiafava to talk about Army of Two: The 40th Day, EA's latest co-op-focused shooter. Just how dudebro is it? Find out! Then Tim Turi and Ben Reeves stop in to discuss Tim's review of Dark Void, a jetpack-sporting action game from Capcom that has some Nikola Tesla, but not nearly enough. We wrap up the show with an extra-long reader mailbag featuring Dan Ryckert, Meagan Van Burkleo, and Jeff Cork. We answer all the latest reader questions, including discussion of DLC and co-op games cutting out offline gamers, the weight loss competition that's swept up half of the office, and how Dan managed to attend E3 last year without packing any underwear.
