New Fantasy Series From The Simpsons Creator Coming To Netflix This Summer
Disenchantment, a Netflix animated comedy series from The Simpsons and Futurama creator Matt Groening, comes to the streaming service August 17. Netflix announced the show's release date via Twitter Wednesday morning.

Disenchantment follows "hard-drinking young princess" Bean, an elf named Elfo, and Bean's "personal demon" Luci in the kingdom of Dreamland. Netflix ordered 20 episodes of the show in June 2017, which it said will release in 10-episode seasons.

Beyond just being funny, Futurama actually had a pretty interesting universe, so it'll be cool to see Groening's take on the fantasy genre.
