Monster Hunter World's Sakura From Street Fighter Armor Arrives On May 3

by Imran Khan on Apr 20, 2018 at 06:57 PM

Capcom has announced that the Monster Hunter World armor that makes your hunter look like Street Fighter's Sakura will be available on May 3.

Much like the Ryu armor, this is a full armor set that makes you look like Sakura. You'll have to complete a three-part quest, this time against a Pink Rathian, to get the required materials to build the armor. Players will need a hunter rank of 12 or higher to get access to the quest.

There aren't many other details on the quest yet. The Ryu armor set was low rank, which probably indicates the Sakura armor will be similar. The Ryu armor quest also forced you into the armor set without your own items or weapons, which hopefully isn't the case again.

The quests run from May 3 to May 10, so you have to act fast if you want the armor.

Our Take
I want to like the armor, but not being high rank would mean it's not even feasible to use for fun because you're just putting your party in danger with bad armor. Hopefully Capcom either makes it high rank or, much better, starts allowing transmog.
