Denny's Commercial Reveals A Surprising Amount About Solo: A Star Wars Story
Besides one trailer and previews of peripheral books and comics for Solo: A Star Wars Story, there haven't been many compelling glances into the latest spin-off for Star Wars. However, our latest glimpse gives us establishing shots of a new bar (like the original Mos Eisley Cantina and Maz's Castle in The Force Awakens) in ... A Denny's commercial.
The breakfast restaurant chain is partnering with Disney for limited-time menu and collectible cards you get with meals. The cards reveal some of the aliens' names like Argus "Six Eyes" Panox to and Therm Scissorpunch. There's also new variations of Stormtroopers like the Mudtrooper and Rangetrooper. Some of Denny's special menus will consist of a new shake, burger, and a couple breakfast plates.
You can watch the commercial below, which features even younger versions of Han Solo and Lando Calrissian playing a game of Sabacc with some of the new aliens, but we doubt this is canon despite how high the production quality is for this television spot.
