NBA 2K18 Bank Shots To Best-Selling Sports Game Of 2017
The NPD Group has reported that NBA 2K18 is the top-selling sports video game last year.
With around nine million copies sold, 2K18 was the second most sold game in 2017, with Call of Duty: WWII taking the top spot. This also makes 2K18 the best-selling entry in the franchise's history.
The top 10 selling video games of 2017 were:
1. Call of Duty: WWII
2. NBA 2K18
3. Destiny 2
4. Madden NFL 18
5. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
6. Grand Theft Auto V
7. Ghost Recon: Wildlands
8. Star Wars: Battlefront II
9. Super Mario Odyssey
10. Mario Kart 8: Deluxe

It's no surprise that 2K18 did so well given the critical reception but still, beating out the likes of Breath Of The Wild, Oddysey, and Wildlands is quite the feat.
