Scribblenauts Showdown Announced For Switch, PlayStation 4, And Xbox One
A new game in the Scribblenauts series has been announced for Switch, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 on March 6, focusing primarily on a multiplayer party mode, but the very familiar Scribblenauts gameplay.
Sribblenauts Showdown leverages the word-based gameplay of the much-loved series for 25 unique minigames that run the gamut from slower and more cerebral puzzles to action-oriented speedy games, all of which take advantage of Scribblenauts' 35,000 word library. It is up to players to be creative to play against their friends and family and emerge victorious.
The game also allows players to not just use the regular main character, but design their own Scribblenaut to really make the victory personal. You can check out the trailer below.
Scribblenauts first debuted on the Nintendo DS in September 2009 and has since seen releases on PC, iOS, and licensed versions with DC comics.
