Character Swapping Is Coming To Final Fantasy XV
Final Fantasy XV came out one year ago today, but Square-Enix certainly isn't slowing down when it comes to Final Fantasy content. Square-Enix announced today that character swapping is coming to the game, letting players enjoy the adventure as one of Noctis' friends.
Square Enix announced that the new feature will come out before the final piece of character-specific DLC, Episode Ignis, on December 13. Players will be able to swap between Noctis, Ignis, Gladio, and Prompto with a simple directional menu. Each of their combat styles will be based on what was in their DLC episodes.

Outside of Noctis, people seemed to really connect with the Japanese boy band that is FFXV's main party. Hopefully this feature will give fans another chance to connect with their favorite characters after the more standalone episodic content.
