Deadly Premonition Comes To Xbox One Backward Compatibility Today

by Cody Mello-Klein on Nov 02, 2017 at 12:03 PM

Halloween is over, but just in case you're still in the spooky spirit, Microsoft has your back. The famously, or perhaps infamously, strange survival horror game from Access Games, Deadly Premonition, comes to Xbox One backward compatibility today, according to a tweet from Major Nelson himself.

Deadly Premonition originally came out in 2010 to a mix of critical acclaim and derision. Commonly thought of as one of the most polarizing survival horror games, Deadly Premonition follows FBI agent and unreliable narrator Francis York Morgan, as he investigates the murder of a young woman in the small town of Greenvale. All kinds of strangeness ensues.

You can find our review of the game here and an interview with Hidetaka Suehiro, the twisted mind behind Deadly Premonition, here.
