You Can Now Pre-Order This Beautiful Final Fantasy XV Art Book

by Elise Favis on Sep 03, 2017 at 11:19 AM

The world of Eos is full of wonders, and you can explore it even further with this art book that was brought to life by both Square Enix and art dealer Cook & Becker. It includes selected art from the development team including pencil sketches, renders, and digital paintings.

The book also has art from Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV, a CGI feature film that takes place during the events of Final Fantasy XV. The massive 220-page book has "never-before-seen" artwork from both the game and the film, and is printed on silk paper. Some of these artworks include character designs, environment sketches, and even the food of Final Fantasy XV.

You can currently pre-order either the standard edition or the limited edition. The standard edition (priced $49), features a young Noctis in his father's arms on the cover, and the limited edition (priced $169) has an alternate yellow cover as well as a collector's box and two exclusive art prints. The first 500 limited edition books sold come with a certificate of authenticity which are signed by the Final Fantasy XV art team. Both editions are hardcover, and you can view a picture of both covers at the top of this article.

You can click here to read more details about the book and pre-order it. Read our review of Final Fantasy XV here as well as our impressions of the PSVR game Final Fantasy XV: Monster of the Deep that we played at PAX West. It was also announced recently that Assassin's Creed and Final Fantasy are crossing over.

Below, you can peruse some photos of both editions of the art book.
