Xbox One X "Project Scorpio Edition" Pre-orders Announced
Microsoft has announced at Gamescom that Xbox One X will come with in a limited edition Project Scorpio Edition flavor, designed to invoke the the design of the original Xbox released in 2001.
The Project Scorpio name allows Microsoft to use the branding of the Xbox One X's codename, Scorpio, that referred to the system in the year between E3 2016 and its reveal at E3 2017. The Project Scorpio comes with a controller bearing the special edition's logo and an exclusive stand to allow the system to stand vertically.
Microsoft announced the Xbox One X Project Scorpio preorders are available now and that the system will eventually run out of quantity. The Xbox One X launches on November 7 and you can check out the trailer for the Project Scorpio edition below.
