Report: Xbox One Getting Spotify

The Verge is reporting that the recent talk of Microsoft getting Spotify for the Xbox One is indeed true.

The site says multiple sources say that the app is coming soon and is currently being tested internally.

Speculation of the deal started when a Reddit user showed Microsoft's Larry Hryb apparently using an Xbox One app for the service. There is a desktop Windows 10 Spotify app, but it's not a universal Windows app that includes Xbox One.

PlayStation currently has an exclusive deal for the streaming-music service, which has been in place since 2015.
